Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. It is important to note that we do not store your credit car information.
Refund Policy
Complete satisfaction is our goal. If your order does not arrive in good condition or is incorrect simply return your order within one week of receipt. We'll send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. With your return please include a letter specifically explaining your reasons for the return and indicate whether you'd like us to issue you a replacement or credit. For identification purposes, please include the shipping label from the outside of the original package. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused and uneaten condition for refund.
Shipping Policy
Loco for Coco Gourmet Chocolate uses FedEx, to get our products to you. Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policy. We can not ship to a PO Box. Special shipping is available for large orders of four or more Gift Boxes to a single destination. To place these orders, please call 336-333-0029. BASIC SHIPPING If you need a specific shipping method we ask that you choose from one of our FedEx Guaranteed Delivery services such as 2nd day, standard overnight or priority overnight. We partner with FedEx as our shipping vendor. Due to fluctuations in gas prices and economy, pricing is subject to change without notice all shipping guarantees are made by the carriers themselves. Loco for Coco Gourmet Chocolate, does not guarantee any shipping dates. Loco for Coco is not responsible for shipping delays while your products is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and we are not able to refund for those reasons. Carrier guarantees do not apply in inclement weather, etc. Please visit the carrier's website (i.e., FedEx.com) for complete details. We want to ensure that we are able to correctly process your order. The details of your name, billing and shipping address, and the method of payment are critical. We are not responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. All cost resulting from such errors will be charged to you. We ask that someone is at home to receive your order. We will not be responsible if your package is lost or damaged by the elements after delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGES You will be charged the exact amount shown in your shopping cart. For some orders (including orders that exceed a certain weight) you may need to place your order via phone in order for us to custom quote your shipping charges. Loco for Coco Gourmet Chocolate does not make any money on our shipping charges. In most cases we subsidize some of the shipping costs to keep your delivered price as low as possible. Shipping may be more costly during hot weather due to an additional packaging to keep the perishable product fresh.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping amount in addition to the original shipping charges to cover the fees assessed to Loco for Coco Gourmet Chocolate by FedEx for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping charges must again be paid.
TIMEFRAME Loco for Coco Gourmet Chocolate will, unless otherwise noted, ship your order within 2 business day (Mon-Wed). If we cannot ship your order within 2 business day we will make a reasonable effort to contact you with the email address and/or phone number provided. All online orders must be received by 1:00 pm EST Monday thru Wednesday to ensure your shipping option for delivery. Any orders received after 1:00 pm EST on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.
