At Loco for Coco, most items are available for order with payment due at pickup or delivery.

However, certain items are considered special orders. These include:

• Large quantity requests
• Items not regularly kept in stock
• Custom or seasonal selections
• Orders that require advance purchasing or preparation

Special orders require advance notice and prepayment before production or sourcing begins. This ensures availability and allows us to maintain the highest quality for your order.

Once a special order has been placed and confirmed, it is non-cancelable and non-refundable.
